Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind.

That is up to you!  We can provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment or we can use yours.  When we talk about services during your quote appointment, we can decide what is best to suit your needs.

Yes!  We can clean residential carpets and can spot clean carpets as needed.

We cannot guarantee same-day service requests.  But, depending on the day, we can often make it happen for you!

You can be home if you like, but it is not necessary.  You can hide a key, give us your door code, let us in and go run errands or supply a key for us to keep at our offices for access to your home or business on cleaning day.

Payment for services is not due until the service is complete.  You can pay online, through Venmo, write a check or give us cash.  And if your cleaner did a great job, tipping is also nice, but not required.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. There is no commitment, contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments.  We hope that our quality will keep you on our schedules!
